Damaged or Defective Items
- If an item is damaged upon arrival, customers have 2 days to notify Dolphies Group Canada

- The customer holds onto the item until carrier finishes inspection on claim filed by Dolphies Group Canada. If it’s determined that carrier is not at fault, then decision for replacement or refund will be made by Dolphies Group Canada according to Return Policy.
- Doplhies Group Canada has right to cancel orders due to unavoidable circumstances and decides refunds accordingly but is not held responsible for any deadlines missed due to cancellation during those circumstances.
